Compared to December 2019…
The AVERAGE SALE PRICE is slightly ⬇ by 0.75% (from $353,657 down to $351,002).
However, MEDIAN SALE PRICE was ⬆ by 1.8% (from $329,000 in December 2019 to $335,000 in January).
SALES are ⬇ by 5.4% while INVENTORY is ⬆ by 4.6%.
Both the SALES-TO-NEW LISTINGS RATIO & ODDS of SELLING WITHIN 90 DAYS were ⬇ by 29.3% & 2.7% respectively.
Overall, January 2020 stats reflect typical seasonal fluctuations of the real estate market. The good news? 😎
The three major indicators (MOI, SALES-TO-NEW LISTINGS RATIO, and ODDS of SELLING WITHIN 90 DAYS) show improvements over the market in January 2019 👍. Hooray!
